Refund Policy

When refunds apply

You may request a refund if you cancel within 48 hours of purchase and no work has begun, or if dreampathdesigns is unable to deliver the service as agreed.

When refunds do not apply

Once substantive creative work has begun on your project, refunds are not available. Projects typically begin within 3 to 5 business days of confirmed payment.

Partial refunds

If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, a partial refund may be offered proportional to the work not yet delivered, at our discretion.
