1. Services

dreampathdesigns provides visual design services including brand identity design, website concept design, interactive design, pitch deck design, design audits, and print collateral. All services are delivered digitally.

2. Orders and payment

Orders are placed through our website and processed via Stripe. An order is confirmed upon successful payment.

3. Delivery

All deliverables are provided digitally. Project timelines begin when required client materials are received. See our Delivery Policy for estimated timelines.

4. Client obligations

Clients must provide accurate brief information and respond to feedback requests within the agreed timeline. Delays caused by client may affect delivery dates.

5. Intellectual property

All final deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. dreampathdesigns retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Seville, Spain.
