Before committing to a rebrand or a website redesign, it is worth understanding exactly what needs to change and why. A design audit answers this. We review your existing visual materials against a structured framework covering brand consistency, visual hierarchy, communication clarity, competitor differentiation, and fit with your business positioning. The audit produces a written report with specific findings, a priority ranking of what to address first, and a recommended scope of work with rationale. This is not a sales document. It is an honest assessment. If your existing identity is fundamentally sound and needs only targeted improvement, we will say so. If a more comprehensive rebuild is the right call, we will explain why and show the evidence. The audit takes two to three weeks and can be commissioned independently of any subsequent project.
